How to return an item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email parts@usaclean.com or call 800-872-2532 to request a return. We will then provide you with an RM#.

2. Then you may return the item to:

   USA-CLEAN, Inc. Returns Department RM#(your number) 2803 N 22nd St. Decatur, IL 62526-2103

Return exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened; including all electronics.

Merchandise that has been used or altered cannot be accepted for return.

Obsolete or discontinued parts cannot be returned.

Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee could be applied.
